I was born in 1973 in Basel. After completing my commercial training and attending art school, I worked as an artist in Basel and Portugal, furthering my studies in painting, photography, and printmaking. In Portugal, I also dedicated myself to permaculture – which deepened my understanding of natural cycles. After returning to Switzerland, I discovered kinesiology as a client while working in clinical safety at a pharmaceutical company. The immediate and profound effect of kinesiology work impressed me so much that I decided to begin my own training in kinesiology. My first experience with the SIPS method (Stress Indicator Point System) was particularly formative: this treatment relieved persistent stress and sparked my enthusiasmto learn more. From 1998 onwards, I completed numerous training courses in various kinesiology approaches, including TfH, AP, SIPS, NK, LEAP, and VHS – personally studying with Alfred Schatz, Dr. Charles T. Krebs, Richard D. Utt, Ian Stubbings, Kerry McFerlain, Hugo Tobar, David Corby, and many others.Since 2000, I have been practicing as a kinesiologist recognized by the Swiss health insurance system, running my own practice. Since 2020, I have been sharing my knowledge as a course instructor, and since 2025, I am a certified SIPS-1 instructor.
My passion lies in sharing practical, well-founded kinesiology – both with professionals and with individuals who wish to learn methods for themselves and their families.
